Australian Warehousing Association to host inaugural Warehousing Today conference

AUSTRALIAN Warehousing Association, in conjunction with Australian Exhibition and Conferences, has announced it will host the inaugural Warehousing Today conference in Sydney 2010.

Warehousing Today, which will be held on Tuesday 26 October 2010, will cover warehousing industry trends and future directions.  

Australian Warehousing Association says it is now calling for papers which address the following topics:

?    Government Distribution Strategy
?    The environmentally friendly warehouse
?    Facilities, layout design, material flow and productivity
?    Compliance in the Warehouse
?    People & the NEW IR Laws
?    Recycling and the Environment
?    The Smart Forklift
?    Trends in Transportation

A speaker profile and a 100 word synopsis of the topic is to be provided to the conference organiser by Monday 15th March 2010. Further details are available at www.auswa.asn.au.
