Quantum Foods, one of the world’s largest frozen meat providers supplying food service, military, and retail organisations has implemented best practices using RedPrairie’s Warehouse Management (WMS) solution.
Quantum chose RedPrairie to implement a single, end-to-end system that could direct every move in to, within, and out of its global distribution centre.
Quantum Foods originally implemented the WMS in 2005, but new management recognized a number of opportunities available in RedPrairie’s solution that were not being leveraged.
RedPrairie also worked with Quantum’s team to improve the integration with their host systems on which the company relies.
Now, in 2008, Quantum can boast a totally efficient warehouse, and a fast return on investment — all part and parcel to the RedPrairie WMS’s comprehensive task optimisation technology, and over 30 years of development.
